We work with individuals, groups and organisations to enhance well-being and resilience through one-to-one sessions, workshops and training courses. Our speciality is in Mindfulness, but we also draw on a range of approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, RelaxationHypnotherapy and Positive Psychology to bring bring about positive changes.
