Despite the fact that we are living in relative abundance, rather than this bringing us more wellbeing, happiness and fulfilment; unhappiness, chronic stress, anxiety and depression seem to be on the increase. Many of us instinctively know that there is more to life than this relentless running faster, doing more and acquiring more. We yearn for some universal truth and gateway to authentic joy, peace and contentment, but perhaps don't know where or how to find it.


Your Mind Matters was set up by Dawn Green in order to share the knowledge, skills and tools she originally learnt in India - the ancient, simple, but powerful practice of mindfulness which helps people gradually turn human suffering into human flourishing.


Our aim is to furnish individuals with the knowledge and skills to grow, heal and flourish, professionally and personally.  By doing so, we aim to contribute to a society composed of creative, compassionate, relaxed, yet focused individuals who are able to get things done and contribute to society, whilst enjoying work and life.
